NEW CASTLE, Del. - Rommel Harley-Davidson announces openings for experienced general managers at its Annapolis, Md., and Durham, N.C., dealer locations.
"The GM oversees the overall operations and profitability of the Harley-Davidson dealership. This is a leadership position and requires ethical results driven accountability across a wide range of responsibilities," stated John R. Bigham III, chief human resources officer for the dealership group.
"The ideal candidates will lead teams of professionals and act as a liaison for customers, the community and the Motor Company. The GM is responsible for managing and improving revenues, gross margins and dealership profitability. They should have at least five years of progressive executive management experience and a proven ability to provide clear and consistent direction. Knowledge and experience with sale of Harley-Davidson motorcycles is a plus," he told Dealernews.
