LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - RSD says it opted to combine some well-loved classic designs with non-traditional styling in a seat that mates form and function when building a line of seats for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The seats are designed by RSD in Southern California and built by Mustang Seats on the East Coast. (Both companies are owned by MAG.) RSD reports that the seats borrow from fashion and Italian automotive themes.

The styles include:

Avenger - raised padding with perforated cover. Fits 2004-13 Sportsters, 2006-13 Dyna, 2000-13 Softails with 200mm rear fender kit.

Boss - Triple stitched diamond pattern with hand-sewn lines  on distressed vinyl.

Enzo - Shaped foam center part line for comfort on long rides with classic ribbed detail.

Both the Boss and the Enzo fit 2004-13 Sportsters, 2006-13 Dyna, 2008-13 FL Touring, 2000-13 Softails with 200mm rear fender kit

Café - Takes the simple line of a cafe tail and blends it with the tank and frame rails of the stock HD Sportster. Fits 2004-13 Sportsters *Not designed for the 48, gap between gas tank and seat will be visible. Will not fit 4.5 gallon custom model tank

Some of the features of the models include direct bolt-on installation, a marine-grade fiberglass baseplate, the use of controlled density polyurethane foam, and the inclusion of a metal RSD logo.
