Dealers who purchase a minimum of $1,500 of Scorpion product by the end of next month receive a bunch of benefits from the helmet and gear company, according to Jon Eide, sales manager.
Buy $1,500 to $15,000 worth of product by March 31 and you can receive discounts of up to 10 percent, free freight for the rest of 2009, and even split shipments with billing due at 30, 60 and 90-day intervals.
"Dealers seem to love the 'split shipment' aspect of the program," Eide tells us. "The cool thing is that a dealer can place a larger order — from $7,500 to $15,000 — and have it ship now with 30/60/90 billing to make their payments due in February, March and April. The other half ships in April with 30/60/90 billing for payments due in May, June and July," he explains.
"It really spreads the payments out over six months, and helps dealers manage their cash better while delivering products closer to their riding seasons," he adds.
