Harley-Davidson dealerships under the Scott Fischer Enterprises umbrella have officially launched a new rewards program for all of their faithful customers.
The program, called VIB or Very Important Biker, will reward customers for not only purchases, but also participation in events, on and off-site. Scott Fischer Enterprises created the program using The More Than Rewards Customer Loyalty Software Suite (www.morethanrewards.com).
Customers may exchange their former rewards cards for the new VIB cards by visiting Fort Myers or Naples Harley-Davidson by May 31. Upon receiving the new VIB card, they will learn all the benefits of the program including one point for every dollar spent* for general members and 1.2 points for every dollar spent for HOG Chapter members. Major unit purchases generate 250 points. Points can be accumulated over a year’s time and turned in for gift certificates starting at 100 points.
VIB members will also receive special notification of sales, industry-specific information and opportunities to participate in double points days and more.
“The concept is simple. We want to reward our customers for their loyalty to the Harley-Davidson brand and our retail location,” says John Greene, partner of Scott Fischer Enterprises. “Through the new VIB program customers, HOG chapter members and even employees can receive perks for participation too, not just purchases. It’s really quite outstanding compared to other similar programs.”
All existing rewards program members are encouraged to exchange their cards for the new VIB cards to continue earning points. Specifics on the program are available at SFErewards.com.
Participating dealerships include Fort Myers Harley-Davidson and Naples Harley-Davidson in Florida; Rocket Harley-Davidson in Alabama; and Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in New Mexico.
