Service Manager Pro, Lightspeed integration speeds service writing

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – New integration between Service Manager Pro and ADP Lightspeed makes it possible for LightspeedNXT users to launch Service Manager Pro from within an existing repair order (RO).

Service Manager Pro, once launched within NXT, will provide labor times for a specified unit. Once labor operations are selected, they will automatically populate the RO and add up the total cost of labor, automatically recognizing any warranty repairs for that specific vehicle.

“When you have the OEM job code on a repair order, it will help in streamlining the filing of warranty claims and make our dealers more efficient,” said Dave Johnson, manufacturer solutions manager with ADP Lightspeed. “This new integration will save our dealers several hours a month in filing warranty claims and help them build profitability by making sure they are billing consumers the right amount of time for a specific repair.”

This new functionality will be available in the coming weeks for dealers using LightspeedNXT’s hosted solution and on the next full release from ADP Lightspeed. Service Manager Pro users may upgrade to the integrated system by contacting ADP Lightspeed.
