The Learning Experience initiative will launch at the show, and then continue throughout the year with offerings of online seminars, downloadable training materials and more at www.dealernews.com.
Ulbrich, a 10-year veteran of the powersports industry, most recently served as director of marketing at Tucker Rocky Distributing.
"I'm excited to be part of the new Dealernews Learning Experience," Ulbrich said. "This unique initiative presents the opportunity to build a fully integrated, year-round program. It will present a tremendous value to dealers in the areas of management, sales, service and marketing."
Management, sales, service and marketing are the four cornerstones of dealership operations and management, and are the four coverage "pillars" at Dealernews.
The seminars, roundtables and other events associated with the Learning Experience at Dealer Expo will be offered free to registered dealer attendees. Dealernews Learning Experience events and other offerings will enlist expert participation throughout the powersports market, and will focus on strategic and tactical ideas to help powersports dealers improve profitability and efficiency.
