PHOENIX, Ariz. – Motorcycle Mechanics Institute has received five new motorcycle engines for use in its Factory Authorized Suzuki Training (FAST) elective labs.

Both MMI campuses – Phoenix and Orlando, Fla., – received engines from American Suzuki Motor Co. Each campus received two RM-Z450K engines, and Orlando also received one GSX-R600 engine.

“We value and have a high regard for our partnership with MMI. The FAST program provides Suzuki dealers a supply source for quality entry level technicians,” said Doug McIntyre, training manager, American Suzuki Motor Co., Inc.

With training aids directly from the manufacturer, MMI students learn on the equipment they will someday be maintaining as a motorcycle tech.
