Suzuki offers $4.8 million in racing contingency

BREA, Calif. - American Suzuki for 2013 will be offering $4.8 million in contingency support, covering numerous road racing and motocross series across the contiguous United States.

Suzuki’s motocross contingency will offer more than $3.7 million. Road racing will receive more than $1 million.

When racers earn money with the program, they receive Suzuki Contingency Awards Cards. Money is added to these cards throughout the year as the racers compete and win. Amateur and professional riders can spend their money at any authorized U.S. Suzuki dealership.

The 2013 Suzuki Contingency registration is now active and will be available through October 31. A new registration is required each year.

Suzuki will be offering double contingency points at the 4th Annual Monster Energy Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross event, March 10 and 11, at the Daytona International Speedway.

The race weekend also includes the Monster Energy AMA Supercross race at Daytona, where fans can watch the world’s top Supercross riders battle for points.
