Tifton Harley-Davidson in Georgia celebrated its pending expansion at a recent groundbreaking ceremony that included the town’s mayor and representatives from the Chamber of Commerce.
Tifton H-D will grow from an 8,136 sq. ft. dealership to 29,597 sq. ft. destination in what the owners say is the only authorized Harley-Davidson expansion of 2010.
The highlight of the improvements will be a 7,329 sq. ft. second-story event deck with a state-of-the-art band stage and lots of party space, according to the Americus Times Reporter.
The dealer will also be able to triple the number of bikes on display, to 200 or more. The three service bays will become eight, and more Genuine MotorClothes apparel and Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories will be on hand.
