People are stretching every dollar, so Signature H-D last year had a patch/leatherworks vendor come in every week to sew on patches and fix leather. The store also adopted Harley’s Express Lane, allowing riders to come in anytime to get common services done within about an hour. The store has a drop-off box, and was open seven days during the summer, during which the longest wait for any service customer dropped to only two days.
