Designed to provide a usable boost of power to V-twin motors, the Trask Turbo system has fitments for 1999 and later Harley-Davidson Dyna models, model year 2000 and later Softails and for 2002 and later EFI bagger models.
The system has fitments for motor sizes 88 cu. in., 96 cu. in., 103 cu. in., 110 cu. in., and the new 120R motors. As the company puts it, the boost helps straighten out steep mountain grades, makes passing a breeze and packing heavy loads a pleasure. When installed and tuned properly, the setup reportedly helps produce 120-130hp and 120-130 ft. lb. of torque. The system is supplied as a complete package including a patent-pending precision billet plenum with a snap-in venturi that creates 100 percent unobstructed air flow. it also includes a Garrett modified GT turbo, ceramic and chrome custom designed pipes and a performance Barnett clutch spring.
The easy-to-follow instructional CD comes with all race tuner maps needed. This system requires the use of an Thundermax Tuning System, not supplied.
The Trask Charger Turbo systems retail at $4,995 for the non-intercooled setup, and for $5,490 for the intercooled system. Check out the entire line of Trask Turbo systems at www.traskperformance.com or call them direct on 623-879-8488.
