Long known for its rugged lineup of adventure-flavored, bolt-on accessories, Twisted Throttle is now jumping into the riding apparel market.
The company will introduce at Dealer Expo Feb 15-19 the Macna line of riding gear, a technical collection that for now includes men's and women's jackets, pants and gloves.
Twisted Throttle's Adam Redford says that the Macna gear was subjected to two years of real-world testing in severe conditions before the importer and distributor offered its stamp of approval. The Macna line features a multiple-layered liner system, plenty of reflective material and the option of using a high-visibility "Vision Vest" system that integrates with any of the jackets.
The men's line includes the Geo and Oasis jackets, the Alpine pant, and summer, waterproof three-season and waterproof cold-weather gloves. The women's line has the Lily and Lunar jackets, the Onyxz pant and summer, waterproof three-season and waterproof cold-weather gloves.
