UNITED KINGDOM – PG&A retailer J&S Accessories is sure to jingle a few bells with its holiday promotion this season: the company has teamed with a classic rock station to offer £300 (about US$475) worth of vouchers over a six-day period to select callers who reveal their worst-ever Christmas gifts.
From Dec. 3 to Dec. 7, one of the Real Radio XS’s popular morning shows will offer £50 (about $80) each day to the winner of the day’s phone-in competition.
"I think this could prove to be an absolutely hilarious competition which will be loads of fun to listen to as well,” said J&S Accessories’ Alex Johnson.
