V-SEPT Inc. has completely redesigned its customer relationship management (CRM) system, and will be hosting a live Web-based demonstration Tuesday, Aug. 31, at 1 p.m. EST (click here to register).
According to the company, CRM Version 3.0 is a new Web-based application offering “the best marketing tools, sales tools, customer satisfaction tools and integration points in the industry.”
The marketing tools allow dealers to create and send — quickly and easily — professional-quality letters, postcards, custom surveys, coupons, outbound call campaigns, HTML-based sales fliers and newsletters. All in-house at no additional cost.
The sales tools provide high-tech features for the salesperson to follow up with prospects using video brochure technology and built-in image libraries. When an online customer views a video brochure, instant feedback is given to the salesperson about the prospect.
“Quick-and-easy follow-up is a must for salespeople, and Version 3.0 takes it to the next level with one-touch response,” V-SEPT said in a press release. “With a click of a button, salespeople can view all notes, check inventory, make a call or send an e-mail.”
V-SEPT CRM 3.0 has automated the process in which dealership employees — whether they sell major units, P&A or apparel, or work in service — follow up with customers via thank-you letters/e-mails, after-sale surveys, service reminders and after-service surveys. Custom reminders can be generated, creating an automatic response to sales or service activity in the dealership.
V-SEPT CRM 3.0 offers exclusive integration with ADP Lightpeed, NADA and Blackbook. Other integration points with 50 Below, PSN, ARI, Traf-Sys, Sentry Master, Alliance and OEM manufacturers allow all dealer applications to integrate together.
