After two years training service writers and managers for Ducati North America exclusively, Vonconcepts is de-branding its curricula and offering it to powersports dealers nationwide.
Vonconcepts trains dealership staff on how to communicate better with clients and maximize income potential through efficiency and effectiveness in the service department. A December class announced last week is full, but slots were still available for a class being held Jan. 16-17 in Las Vegas.
The company also offers an Online Academy, providing post-training assistance and communication with others from class. Open collaboration with peers, especially peers that have been through class, helps service personnel develop networks for problem solving.
