About 19,500 converged on Indianapolis in February to attend the 40th Annual Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo. And after all was said and sold, here's what became clear: There was no overriding product theme. Markets that emerged in past years were busily solidifying. Designs and technology shown this year had been unveiled in previous Expos. And yet, there was something different: the attitude of you, the dealer. You were more serious, more prepared. You were ready to consider new products, new gear, new vehicles — something different to sell to your customers. You came, you saw, you asked a lot of good questions, and if you were satisfied with the answers, you bought then and there. And for that, the industry thanks you.
On this and the following pages, the Dealernews editors present some stories from the Indy city, and we urge you to visit the online show dailies and more exclusive product coverage on www.dealernews.com. Because we just can't fit everything here.
