The American V-Twin Dealer Show last weekend in Indianapolis was home to more than 30 V-Twin customs, each painstakingly built by master craftsmen hoping to place in the first-ever Ultimate Dealer Bike Show. The contest, sponsored by American Iron Magazine, named its winners on Sunday. They are as follows:
Freestyle Class, Steve Broyles, Stevenson Cycles (photo above),
Modified Bagger Class: Kurt Peterson, Sumo-X (at left)
Modified Bobber Class: Charlie Hadayia Jr., Biker’s Choice.
The contest was manned by Bob Kay and Jeff Najar of Biker Pros, the gurus behind the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show for the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows. Prizes include a spread in the world’s best-selling Harley-Davidson magazine.
Judges included Zach Ness of Arlen Ness Enterprises, Randy Aron of Cycle Visions, Gunnar Heinemeyer of Custom Chrome, and Jeff Stake and Joe DiStefano of the International Master Bike Builders Association.
