Woodstock H-D donates prizes for May Ride for a Cure

Woodstock Harley-Davidson in Woodstock, Ill., is supporting an 80-mile Ride for a Cure Poker Run May 14 with prize donations.

The ride supports The Rack Pack, a group of women raising money to participate in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.

The ride starts and ends at Horizontals Saloon in Wonder Lake, Ill. Advance registration fees are $20 per rider and $10 per passenger without a poker card, or $15 per passenger with a poker card. The cost after May 1 increases by $5. The best hand at the end of the run will win a grand prize to be determined by the number of participants.

Second prize will be a one-day Harley rental from Woodstock H-D. The event also will feature 50-50 raffles and a raffle for a 40-inch TV, and other prizes. The registration fee includes lunch at Horizontals, one draft beer and one poker card.

Onsite registration starts at 9:30 a.m. The first bike rolls out at 10 a.m. and the last bike out at 11:30 a.m.
