World of Powersports is building a military business. The Top 100 Dealership based in Decatur, Ill., just became a sustaining member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA).

World of Powersports and its new defense website, www.MilitaryAtvParts.com, will support the U.S. military with product and logistics support for an array of specialized vehicles in the "LTATV" family -- military jargon for UTVs or side by sides. MilitaryAtvParts.com will provide soldiers and agencies the ability to research vehicles, and order parts, accessories and vehicles from a simple-to-use interface.

AUSA is a private, nonprofit educational organization that supports Active Army and National Guard, reservists, affiliated civilians, retirees, wounded soldiers, veterans and their family members. AUSA provides numerous professional development opportunities at a variety of local and national.

Sustaining members are major industry leaders, businesses and professional organizations from around the world that are involved in the research, development and production of weapons, equipment and services for the U.S. Army and form the nation’s defense industrial base.

“Joining the AUSA as a sustaining member was essential for World of Powersports to be able to show its support to the association, and the warfighters it represents,” said WOP owners Matthew and Mark Jackson.

WOP is a multiline franchised dealer which also has the largest OEM parts business in the country. WOP offers genuine OEM parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Bombardier and Arctic Cat.
