Yamaha Motor Corporation USA announced today the launch of an online education program designed to grow Yamaha dealers’ parts and accessories revenue stream and enhance customer satisfaction.
Yamaha Parts Academy (YPA) is a comprehensive Web-based training certification program that helps Yamaha dealers achieve higher parts and accessory sales by improving selling and customer service skills along with parts and accessories product knowledge. The program is online now and available to Yamaha dealers nationwide, accessed through Yamaha Motor University (YMU) Online.
YPA is multilevel education program made up of course modules offered in a self-paced format. Dealer benefits increase with the successful completion of each level. The initial roll-out of YPA will focus on Motorsports products specifically.
