CYPRESS, Calif. - Yamaha said today that Henio Arcangeli Jr. recently ended his tenure as president of the Motorsports Group Company.

This was a position he assumed in 2007.

Arcangeli now leads a new Yamaha branding initiative in the company’s Corporate Planning division.

“Henio is still going to be very active in the company,” Yamaha’s Bob Starr said. “He just has a different role that draws on his experience and expertise.”

Arcangeli’s former leadership position will be absorbed by two other executives. Dennis McNeal continues to head up motorcycle operations, while Yamaha has promoted Mike Martinez to vice president of the RV group, which encompasses ATVs, side-by-sides and snowmobiles.
