Yamaha unveils iPhone/iPad 'virtual sales tool' app for PWC

Yamaha WaterCraft Group, a division of Yamaha Motor Corp. USA, today announced the release of the Yamaha WaterCraft App for the iPhone and iPad in the Apple App Store.

Yamaha says the free app is “the ultimate virtual salesman tool for Yamaha WaveRunner and boat dealerships. Never before has such a wealth of information been this easily accessible, in brilliant quality, with engaging rich media and all the specs, features, fuel data, photos, performance numbers and video that help customers with their purchase decision.”

In one quick download, Yamaha dealers can put everything customers want to know about Yamaha WaveRunners and boats into the hands of their sales staff, and the information is entirely contained within the device. Right from the dealership floor, staff can show customers photos and videos of Yamaha’s features and amenities being used on the water.

Users of the Yamaha WaterCraft App will be able to:

  • View images of all products in all color combinations
  • Browse product features
  • Compare Yamaha models to other brands
  • Get detailed explanations about new innovations and technologies
  • View library of high-quality videos
  • Connect directly with Yamaha owners on Facebook and Twitter
