The new R-55 full-system race exhaust from Yoshimura R&D of America has been made exclusively for the 2012 Kawasaki ZX-14R.
Featuring an asymmetrical shape, straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the pipe “captures the spirit of MotoGP racing” while also including elements of Superbike and Yoshimura style, according to the company. The polished stainless-steel pipe and laser-cut mounting brackets are TGI-welded for strength. The full system’s 4-into-1 design reportedly weighs significantly less than stock.
Full system includes the R-55 muffler, stainless-steel headers and tailpipe, and all hardware for installation. MSRP is $1,049.
