CALABASAS, Calif. - Helmet House has just released its 2012 Fall Apparel and Luggage supplement, a handy little publication that includes the likes of Tour Master’s Lawndale jacket and Coaster 3 jacket as well as Cortech’s Super 2.0 sport series motorcycle luggage.
The Lawndale is a three-quarter length Buffalo leather jacket that features chest vents and underarm sleeve vents for flow-through ventilation. The main zipper closure has a dual wind flaps to hold back the elements. Riders can fine tune the fit with the adjustable waist straps.
Storage consists of traditional chest and hand-warmer pockets in addition to two zippered hand-warmer pockets and one internal pocket. Removable liner sleeves allow the liner to be also used as a vest. Jacket sleeves are rotated for a more comfortable riding position. The Lawndale jacket also has a zip-out quilted liner.
The jacket has external foam padded shoulders and pockets in the elbow and shoulder for optional C.E.-approved armor.
The Coaster 3 is a traditional leather jacket with a mandarin-style collar, that’s made of grade-A aniline drum dyed cowhide that’s been stitched with high-strength, bonded nylon thread. There is removable, C.E.-approved armor in the shoulder and elbows and a removable insulated liner.
A zippered chest, sleeve and rear exit vents provide ventilation. Chest vents also double as pockets. Other pockets include zippered hand pockets, which have mesh liners and double as vents.
Jacked has an adjustable waist belt and a full circumference and 8 in. jacket/pant attachment zippers, with the pant-side zipper included.
Over on the Cortech side, there is the new Super 2.0 sport collection of motorcycle luggage, a lineup that features tank bags, tail bags, saddle bags and a backpack. The series is all made from 1680 denier ballistic polyester and 1800 denier twill Jacquard.
Some models of the luggage can be expanded for more storage capacity, and come with multiple mounting options. The tank bag collection comes in 18 liter, 12 liter and 8 liter sizes.
