Philadelphia Cycle Center
Philadelphia Cycle Center's mission is to operate a profitable motorcycle dealership while providing our customers with the best possible service, whether it be in parts, sales, or service. Our first concern is that our customers have a completely positive experience.
Showroom Design and Layout
We have a 15,000 sq. ft. showroom in which we showcase Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, Victory, Polaris, and Ural motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs and UTVs. We have unique displays that showcase our models in exciting ways. We have a 5,000 sq. ft. parts department that offers hundreds of helmets, jackets, and gloves from every major manufacturer. We keep thousands of OEM parts and accessories in stock to limit downtime as much as possible.
We have a 10,000 sq. ft. service department with six certified technicians. Each technician has a large work area and factory-recommended tools are made available. There are two service writers that keep things running smoothly and make sure the customer is kept in the loop. We are also building a state-of-the-art Dyno room to be ready by early Spring 2013.
Training and Employee Motivation Practices
Once a week, our department managers meet with their staff to discuss ways to improve the look of the showroom, factory/store incentives/sales, and any new products. Service writers and technicians meet to discuss any new service bulletins and warranty procedures.
Commitment to Customer Service
Our goal is to make every customer's experience as complete and enjoyable as possible. We promote customer loyalty by giving each customer a unique and fairly priced experience. We are a family business, and we treat our customers like they are part of our family.
Involvement in the Community
We are very involved with the area riding clubs, both local and national. We help them by providing our large facility to them for any club events, or even just by donating helmets for door prizes. We built and furnished a classroom for the Philadephia MC safety course, and help new riders sign up for the class by creating a step by step flyer to help them through the process. We are even trying to convince the City of Philadelphia to provide an off-road riding area for dirt bikes and ATVs.
