Mission Statement

Our mission since we opened our first store in 1981, is to provide the best possible customer experience in sales, service, F&I and parts and accessories. 
 
This outlook has proven so successful that we now have five Florida stores: one in Lake Wales, two in Lakeland, one in Port Richey, and our newest in Orlando, opened in August 2014.

Showroom Design and Layout

Our showroom features tile floors, slat-board walls and display areas with laminate accents, plus 5 wide screen TVs showing sports and news programs. 
 
In July 2014, we took out an elevated wooden floor display and replaced it with black and white tile which complements the rest of the showroom. The wood was used for an expansive outdoor showroom featuring ATVs and side by sides. We also have a separate Kawasaki sport bike room. 
 
Our parts & accessories area includes slat-walls with spot lighting and neon accents. Areas are used to designate merchandise by type, I.E. helmets, apparel, etc. 
 
The showroom features a display of James Stewart's 2000 KX80 and several of his previous raced motorcycles including Yamaha and Kawasaki brands. We also have a snowmobile on display, which is ironic considering that we are located in central Florida.

Service Department

Our Service Department features a service counter, waiting area with vending machines, free coffee, water and a television. Our customers that choose to wait for short-term services can relax in our comfortable waiting area which include upscale lounge chairs and table.

Training and Employee Motivation Practices

Both of our service and sales staff attend training from the manufacturers of the products that we sell. Our senior staff attend yearly LEMCO meetings and seminars. 
 
Some of the training our sales staff completes, allow the dealership to maintain VIP status as a Polaris dealer.
 
Winning both Yamaha and Polaris sales awards and contests over the years (including 2013), demonstrates our overall performance.

Commitment to Customer Service

Offering outstanding customer service is our goal. We strive to achieve it by simply treating customers how we would like to be treated ourselves. We offer quick turnaround time for service customers, because we know that customers want their units back A.S.A.P. We always wash each new or used vehicle by hand before our customers take delivery, because this is what we would expect, at the very least. In 2012, our service department was awarded Suzuki's Super Service Award and in 2013 we received the Suzuki Silver Certified Service Dealer Award.

Involvement in the Community

In January 2014, Chad Oulson, an employee at our Port Richey store, was taken away from us in a tragic movie theater incident. 
 
Sky Powersports arranged a Memorial Bike Ride on Feb. 9 to raise funds for his wife and 3-year-old daughter which over 1,000 motorcyclists attended. 
 
We were also involved in a Bike Wash and a Motorcycle Raffle to win a 2013 Suzuki C90T B.O.S.S. All proceeds went to his family
