Showroom Design and Layout

Both our locations have been extensively built out in recent years to serve the motorcycle/ATV market. We keep our stores very clean and well merchandised.  We have lots of display options to show off the excitement of the lines we carry. Our ownership team has a combined experience of well over 100 years working in the industry. We ride what we sell and that helps us to relate to our customers. Dale just got back from 12,000 miles in the last 6 weeks. By limiting the number of brands we carry we are experts on features and benefits of what we sell.

Service Department

State of the art equipment from special tools, to lifts & tire machines. Training, Training, Training! Our techs stay because we treat them well. One of our owners is a master tech, with more than 45 years experience. Lots of customers are loyal because of him. We provide full service, performance upgrades & street legal conversions.

Training and Employee Motivation Practices

We utilize industry training through both OEMs and outside consultants. We encourage our employees to read Dealernews to get the latest information.  We also participate in safety seminars and safety training so that we know what is available and can encourage our customers to participate. And very importantly we encourage our employees to use the products we sell. 

Commitment to Customer Service

It's pretty simple: Treat the Customer how you would like to be treated. Listen to what they say, repeat it back and fill the needs.  Out here we have a great example in the Nordstrom department store. They call it the Nordstrom way of customer service.  Basically the customer is always right!

Involvement in the Community

We participate in lots and lots of out-of-store activities, from sponsoring rides to hosting bike nights, to participating in custom and vintage shows. We are active members of the local Vintage clubs & Gold Wing organizations as well as AMA. We have been in high school expos and bank displays. Most importantly, we ride in almost all local and regional events!
