Mission Statement

MIssion statement: A customized vehicle for every customer!

Showroom Design and Layout

UV Country’s 8,000 sq. ft. showroom is warm, inviting and comfortable, as well as being a functional showcase for our products and vehicles. Our rustic décor is appealing to our “outdoorsy” customer, and has become known in the community as a great place to visit. No one leaves UV Country without commenting on the beauty of our facility. A unique experience begins the moment you walk through our doors and stand beneath the two-tiered antler chandelier. On either side of the entryway, you’ll find photos of our owners, Scott and Shannon Tracy, as well as individual photos of each member of the UV Country team. Our vehicle showcases highlight customized features of our vehicles: gas, diesel, electric and amphibious ... all at the UV Country dealership. Our merchandise displays provide a true retail experience for our customers in need of accessories and apparel. A comfortable living-room style seating and waiting area is conveniently located outside of the sales department. We also provide a children’s area with television, toys and activities.

Service Department

UV Country has a 6,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art shop/service department. Of our 16 service bays, there are exclusive bays used for a wash rack, welding/machine shop/tires, a UTV double lift and jib crane. The shop/service department is also outfitted with overhead air hoses, computer ports at all stations and overhead heaters.

Training and Employee Motivation Practices

The UV Country team includes factory trained technicians from Kawasaki, Club Car and HuntVe, salesreps with Top 10 NADA Producer's Awards and a 100 Club Member.

Commitment to Customer Service

As a Kawasaki Platinum Dealer, UV Country's customer service goal is to provide each customer with a unique experience, personal attention, quality workmanship and an excellent product. Each step of our customers' experience is designed toward their satisfaction. Our owners, Scott and Shannon Tracy, are hands-on, on-site and available to both customers and staff. Our reception staff makes sure each visitor to our store is warmly greeted and linked with the appropriate UV Country team member to fulfill their needs. Each customer is given complete, personal, one-on-one attention regardless of the size of their puchase, and custom outfitting is designed around each customer's specific needs.

Involvement in the Community

UV Country has participated in a multitude of local community and charitable events. We have teamed with local schools, organizations and even sponsored sports teams. Examples include a donated vehicle to a local high school football team, the sponsoring of Mitch King Racing, and lending vehicles to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. UV Country has been locally recognized on numerous occasions for its generosity to various charity organizations. In 2008, following the devastating destruction of Hurricane Ike, UV Country donated five vehicles to the City of Galveston and five vehicles to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Department to contribute to the cleanup and rebuilding effort on the island.

In 2009, UV Country also donated two very heavily outfitted vehicles valued at more than $35,000 for raffle items for Homes for Our Troops and Hunts for Our Heroes, in which all proceeds went to support our country’s veterans. In 2010/2011, we provided vehicles to the police departments for the City of Pearland, City of Alvin and City of Friendswood. In 2011 we partnered with BABA to raise money for Operation Finally Home, a non-profit organization providing custom-built, mortgage-free homes to wounded veterans and/or their families.
