The principals of Xtreme Machines, have made the sacrifices necessary to build one of the premier multiline powersport dealerships in the country. All are active riders, whether it is street, touring, sport, off-road, water or snow-related activities. The dealership is housed within a new 34,600 sq. ft. building built specifically to accommodate Xtreme Machines' operations, and includes a state-of-the-art service department, machine shop and dynamometer to properly maintain, customize and do performance work for our customers. The facility was designed to provide an inviting and pleasant atmosphere with our customers' and staff's comfort in mind.
Customers can expect the utmost in service and product support from every member of the Xtreme Machines team. Our apparel and accessory department has one of the largest selections of quality apparel and riding gear on the east coast to compliment the Arctic Cat, Can-Am, Hammerhead Off-Road, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Royal Enfield, SeaDoo, Suzuki, Triumph, Ural, Victory and Yamaha products made available for you. Our parts department will strive to stock the parts that you want.

Showroom Design and Layout

As you enter the front door, there is someone at the greeter counter to greet and assist you. Your eyes are drawn up to the mezzanine where you see a vast display of helmets and gear. Eyes back down to eye-level, and [you'll find] a sea of bikes -- all makes and models that stretch from one side of our dealership to the other. All on hand for you to touch, sit on and start the process of owning! A tile floor path takes you to the service and parts departments, as well as the customer lounge and customer bathrooms.

There is a window to observe what is going on in our Dyno Room. Huge stainless metal plate shop doors have porthole windows so customers can peer into the shop to see what's going on. All apparel is located on the second floor, with street on one side and dirt on the other. Casual clothes are in the center, which makes for ease in finding what customers are looking for.

Service Department

As you walk up to our five-station work counter, you're greeted by friendly and knowledgeable service personnel. The counter is backed by slat board and illuminated glass cases holding sparkling chrome, glistening carbon fiber, and an array of accessories. Behind our service counter is a 15,000 sq. ft. work space for highly trained technicians to tune and build motorcycles.

The service department is complete with a insulated Dyno room, eight individual work stations with built-in storage for tools, a machine shop for custom fabrications, NOS filling station, loading dock and an elevator for bringing bikes to the second-floor storage. Each bay has the tech's name and credentials on a board above his work station, which is equipped with a computer with the most updated information needed to do repairs.

Training and Employee Motivation Practices

Each staff member is placed where their strengths are. Managers are encouraged to hold contests with their staff and provide extra incentives (such as a gift cards to a local eatery). Our staff is in a constant state of training, always improving performance in all departments. Managers' meetings are held weekly and staff meetings, monthly, so everyone knows what is going on in all departments. In season, Xtreme Machines provides lunch every Saturday for staff. Each staff member is given a birthday card signed by the entire staff and a birthday cake is brought in once a month for everyone's birthday that month.

Weddings and births are also celebrated by the staff. Xtreme provides medical coverage for all employees eligible, and shares the cost. Having continuous training available and role-playing helps overall performance by letting employees know we're open to their ideas. Celebrating life's milestones brings the staff closer together when they know what's going on in each others lives. When you feel part of a team, you act part of a team.

Commitment to Customer Service

Happy staff = Happy Customers. Our staff is team-oriented and treated with respect and fairness. They in turn treat the customer with respect and fairness. Our goal is to always be cutting-edge, and to have our people knowledgeable about the latest industry changes -- and we do this with continuous training. We send our employees to all manufacturer workshops and to the industry trade shows. Our motto is: Be fair, be honest and never promise a customer something you can't deliver.

Involvement in the Community

Xtreme Machines takes our community seriously. We allow our community to use our facility to host their charity events. Each year, donations are made to the Millstone Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary to help with their annual Children's Halloween Parade and Party. Donations are made to the Cheerleading, Music and Education PTOs. Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts hold yearly events selling popcorn at Xtreme Machines. We hold sponsorships for local Little Leagues. Xtreme Machines donates to motorcycle rides that support various charities, as well.

Each year, Xtreme hosts our annual Bike and Babes Charity event, which is a bike wash/stunt show where 100 percent of proceeds go to the charity of choice that year. In the past, we have donated to juvenile diabetes foundations, Organ Donors for Life, breast cancer awareness, paid medical bills for a local resident, donated to the Wounded Warrior Project and St. Jude's for Children. We lend our building to our fire department to conduct drills, hold blood drives, and use our local businesses for catering, business cards, signs etc.
