This year I wanted to do something different on the radio because most radio commercials sound the same.

The announcer names the dealership and the event night, etc. Pretty soon, they all sound exactly alike. I came up with the idea of the announcer calling me and asking me questions. We did this every month and it really got people talking. Customers would constantly come in the store and say they heard me on the radio. One month, I had our receptionist make the commercial for something different and we got lots of positive feedback from our customers.
