Our most successful customer service program has been our newly launched customer review program.
Following every transaction, our customers receive an email asking them to describe and rate their experience with us. Those reviews are then published to our review website, and the customer has the opportunity to publish them to our Google page as well. Anytime there is a review that includes feedback with an experience that was less than outstanding, we are notified and are able to follow up and give the customer the outstanding experience they deserve.
This program has helped to show off our excellent customer service as well as identify areas for improvement that we otherwise might not have identified if we didn't ask the customer to tell us about their experience.
