Our Sales department has its own savings program that allows the sales staff to earn extra money in a personal savings account that they can track throughout the year. At the end of the year, that money is divided up over several paychecks to help them make it through the slow times. As for mobility, just this past year, we’ve had multiple internal employees shift positions throughout the company.
Here are just a few examples of what happened here in 2012: Our business manager moved to general manager; our marketing manager moved to finance manager; our parts manager was promoted to fixed operations manager and one of our motorcycle detailers moved up to service adviser. If we consistently produce positive results for our dealership, we are rewarded and encouraged to follow our interests!
