Cole Harley-Davidson does a number of things in the service department to help drive business.
First, our service department is made up of three Harley-Davidson-certified technicians. We have one master technician, which is Harley's highest level of technician. He has been with Cole for 11 years.
We have our Priority Customer Maintenance Program (PCMP) that can be purchased with a new or used motorcycle or over the counter. PCMP covers all scheduled maintenance, includes battery replacement, synthetic oil, winter storage, a vacation service, and no charge installation on tires just to name a few benefits. We also have a tire promotion where if a customer purchases tires and installation, then they receive 20 percent off of the tires. This is a great promotion that helps riders stay on the roads for a fair price and great service.
We also run a winter storage program that allows customers to leave their bikes with us in a climate-controlled environment. This is great because some customers don't have a space or garage to store their bikes. Also, when the bike is picked up from storage, we will service, wash, and detail the bike to make sure that it is ready for the riding season. This saves our customers a lot of hassle, time, and money.
