When Suzuki announced a 0% promotion earlier this year, we hit the ground running.
We first had a creative brainstorming session because we knew we wanted to have a dealer-created ad on the TV, something that would really catch people's attention. We used dealership staff and posted on our Facebook page asking for our customers to come in and be "extras" in our commercial. We also used a web banner on our homepage, email blasts, Suzuki-created radio and print ads. Our integrated media campaign propelled us to the top in district rankings for the height of the season -- the months of June, July, and August. This campaign was so effective, our momentum has carried over and to this day we are still No. 1 in Suzuki rankings.
