We have utilized a customer rewards program called DucBucks for several years.
But this year, we enhanced it by switching to a physical card program rather than paper certificates. Response from customers was immediately positive, and in two months we've already seen customers buying more so they can accumulate the DucBucks on their cards to use for a larger future purchase. We designed this program to foster loyalty and drive additional repeat business, and so far so good! Customers seem to have pride in carrying their DucBucks card, which is all we can hope for!
