Mad River Harley-Davidson

Our most successful single promotion would be our Black Friday Doorbuster Party.

We were the second dealership our owner purchased, and his first dealership had not had success on Black Friday. Our dealership came up with great promotions on key products in MotorClothes and Parts. We advertised these great deals, along with a free pancake breakfast for our customers, and also opened the dealership early at 6 a.m.. The return was GREAT! We had nearly 40 customers lined up outside waiting for the doors to open.

We had more sales by 10 a.m. (our normal open time) than we would for an entire day! It was a great success, and we were proud to make Black Friday work for our dealership.
