The Summer Service Promotion. This promotion was during one of the hottest summers on record in Oklahoma and at a time when sales and service see a significant decrease of customers willing to bring in their bikes for service, performance and accessories.

However, this promotion drove efficiency and promoted the parts and service department. We were able to increase customer traffic, resulting in meeting and exceeding monthly profit goals by 7.5 percent for the month of July and 45 percent during August over the previous years' totals. This promotion was advertised via text message (our mobile V.I.P. club, Facebook, and fliers placed in various locations around town.
