BREA, CA – Suzuki in late December announced a recall of 3,400 model year LT-A750X and LT-A750XP KingQuad 750 ATVs from the 2016 and 2017 model years, because the battery can fail and cause the engine to stop running while in use.
Suzuki has received six reports of battery discharge or failure to restart. No injuries have been reported.
Suzuki ATV dealers sold the units from September 2015 through November 2016. The OEM said it notified consumers to immediately stop using the affected vehicles and contact a Suzuki ATV dealer for repair.
The units were built at Suzuki’s manufacturing facility in Rome, GA. The recall number is 17-721.
