MAGOG, QC - Camso announced it is recalling DTS 129 dirt-to-snowbike conversion kits because the pin that secures the brake pad can loosen, posing a crash or impact hazard.
Affected are DTS 129 kits from the 2017 model year: 280 sold in the United States and 316 sold in Canada.
Camso said it has received 17 reports that the DTS 129 brake systems do not function correctly. No injuries have been reported, the company added.
Consumers are advised to immediately stop using bikes equipped with the recalled conversion kits and contact their authorized Camso Dealer for a free repair.
