While many of us were all hands on deck at AIMExpo on Valentine’s Day, a Minnesota dealer was sharing the love of two wheels with the next generation of riders via the non-profit All Kids Bike program. A $6,000 donation provides a complete Kindergarten PE Program to a school, serving all kindergartners for the next 5 years. “Do you remember your first bike? The origin story of our love for riding,” questions Amanda Bramble, marketing manager and part owner of Indian Motorcycle St. Paul.

“With the generous donations from The PLUM Catalyst and our dealership team, we were able to bring that magic to Highwood Hills Elementary with the All Kids Bike Strider program. I wish everyone could have seen how many hugs these kids gave and how big their smiles were in person,” Bramble adds.

“We met our $6500 goal for the program, built and delivered the bikes on Feb. 15th to a local elementary school. Our main donators, two of our owners Lloyd Greer and myself, as well as our local riding group members were all-in for this,” she says. While they missed Las Vegas, Indians Motorcycle St. Paul and partner mobility consulting firm PLUM Catalyst hit the jackpot with the kids.

“Initially, the bikes show up without pedals, they walk them around and learn to balance and stay active on a bicycle and learn the love of riding,” notes PLUM Catalyst founder Tammy Meehan Russell. “From there, they add the pedals and learn how to ride on two wheels.”

Meanwhile it was full speed ahead for the big kids at Lloyd’z Garage. Following fostering the next generation of riders, the team was off to Daytona for a successful race week playing on their own bikes:

P1 in both American Iron Air Cooled Super Hooligan Races

P6 Top Finishing Indian in the King of the Baggers Race 2

P7 KOB Race 1

Since 2018, the All Kids Bike program has helped more than 330,000 students in the United States learn how to ride a bike. Learn how to get your dealership involved at:
