A fleet of Groms, Z125s, Monkeys, Ruckus, Trail 125s and the new Navi will be the focal point for Capital Powersports’ back-to-back double header event happening at the end of April. “We want riders to test their skills on our mini bike course,” says GM Kevin Dunn. “All proceeds go to our favorite charity, which is the Ride For Kids Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.”

After last year's successful demo day with Yamaha and vendor event, Dunn explained they decided to get small… and double their fun. “We have Yamaha’s Demo Truck coming in the first weekend, followed by Kawasaki’s Demo Truck the following weekend, with our Mini Bike coned closed course running all through both weekends,” notes Dunn. After the success of last year’s Yamaha Demo Day, the vendors were anxious to return. Vendor row includes AMSOIL, Bimota, Dunlop, LS2, Parts Unlimited, REV’IT and Sullivans.

“We are not pushing the Kawasaki event as a vendor event like our 2nd annual Yamaha Demo Day,” he adds. Food trucks and demo rides of the full line-up will be on tap for the second weekend as this is our first one with Kawasaki. Since we are the newest Kawasaki dealer in the USA, we wanted to keep the spotlight on them for the second weekend.”

Remodeled during the pandemic, Capital Powersports in Wake Forest, NC, has a unique exterior 9,000 square-foot showroom. “We believe in fair pricing, great selection and active, professional and enthusiastic staff are the keys to success. While we have more than130 years of combined experience from our expert staff, we also know motorcycles are fun! Our double-header demo and MiniMoto mayhem are the perfect combo and PBTFUS is the beneficiary.”
