In the challenging times we are all facing as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out to you, our valued customers, to keep you apprised of what WPS is doing to ensure continuity of the services you depend on.
Western Power Sports has been closely monitoring the spread of the virus as well as mandates from local, state and federal authorities. We are working diligently to minimize potential impacts to our valued dealers.
Our singular priority is the safety of our employees, customers and suppliers.
Currently WPS is maintaining a continuous level of operations across all warehouses to facilitate the needs of our dealers’ businesses.
At this time, Western Power Sports will continue to:
-Process orders in a timely manner
-Ship orders from all warehouse locations
-Continue to provide the high standard of service WPS is known for
-Continuous monitoring of shipping modes
For our Internal operations, we have taken these steps (among others):
-WPS has restricted travel for employees, domestic and internationally
-Utilize web tools for virtual meetings
-Re-doubling our thorough facility cleaning procedures
-Observing proper social distancing and personal hygiene procedures as outlined by CDC guidelines
