Suzuki Sunday!
Suzuki Motor of America continues its six year commitment to AIMExpo by showcasing its full 2019 model lineup and treating race fans to #SuzukiSunday. Two semi-trucks and a fleet of bikes highlighted by the all-new V-Strom XT ADV series, RM-Z250 motocrosser, kid-friendly DR-Z50 mini, café racer-inspired SV650X and the GSX-R Supersports straight from the racetrack take center stage at Mandalay Bay Convention Center this week.
Industry enthusiasts will get a first-hand look at the entire 2019 lineup in its first public display at the Suzuki booth. In addition to being immersed in a “sea of handlebars”, dealers can enjoy Suzuki-related activities in and around the display, including rider autographs, exclusive rig tours, “Suzuki Sunday” presented by ECSTAR, the team VIP wrap up party, and more.
New to this year’s show are exclusive tours of the Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing Superbike Race Rig and the Autotrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing SX/MX Race Rig that are right on the show floor giving attendees a chance to experience factory racing first hand. Two-time 450 SX champ Chad Reed and Weston Peick will be on hand during trade days, while roadracing fans will be able to visit with Roger Hayden, who recently announced his retirement after 20 seasons as a professional racer, and his Yoshimura teammate, Toni Elias, the 2017 MotoAmerica Superbike Champion.
Concurrent with the AIMExpo, Chad Reed, will race the Monster Energy Cup Saturday night on the 2019 RM-Z450. While watching Reed rip the track, keep an eye out for the all-new RM-Z commercial that will debut on the Sam Boyd Stadium jumbotron as well as in the TV broadcast.
