We Broke The Internet… Again

“There is no try, only do! Solid social media presence Dealernews has…” said in our best Yoda impression. So what did Dealernews do, exactly? We reached more than 80,000 industry people in the last 18 days… and this was just on Facebook alone. 

This is not science fiction, but it is pretty unbelievable. Note, in addition to reach, the critical number is "engagement" — we engaged with our limited group of trade followers as much as the consumer thought leaders and influencers Rider Magazine and International Motorcycle Shows combined... and they have more than 800,000 Facebook followers compared to our 7,000+ predominantly Dealer friends on social media. 

At least this is what Facebook is telling us in their monthly analytics, so it must be true? 

Of course this just means it is time to do it all over again! The Dealernews cast of contributors is going WFO: Alisa and Tigra are right in the middle of the Suffragists Centennial Motorcycle Ride followed by the Women's Conference at the end of the ride, which should be amazing; Advocacy Editor Don Amador is still recovering from rotator cuff surgery; Off-Road Editor Charlie Williams is coming down from a birthday high (but still came up with a newsworthy and controversial piece); Scot Harden is literally right in the middle of the longest and toughest off-road race in North America (the Casey Folks Vegas 2 Reno race); Dr. Paul Leinberger cut short his speaking engagement in Paris (France, not California) to share his insights ahead of schedule... man, this crew gets around!
