Since we first did a dealer profile on Vance Harrison back in the December 2018 issue, we have seen his vision to become the leader in high end European motorcycle brands continue to accelerate. Landmark stores like Cascade Moto Classics joined the Motos America family when Kelly and Janice McCarthy retired… in fact, the McCarthy's decided it was time for them to retire coincidentally at the same time the owners of two area BMW dealerships, Scott and Madelyn Russell, decided to sell BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon and European Motorcycle of Western Oregon as well. Harrison, owner of Harrison Eurosports in Utah and fellow BMW and Triumph rider, saw the opportunity to grow his favorite brands in a new location and decided to take a chance and purchased all 3 dealerships with the new idea to join them into one unified shop!
But Motos America’s most ambitious foray into acquiring and managing premium motorcycle dealerships across the United States just clicked it up 5 gears with the recent expansion of five dealerships in a key U.S. market!
According to Harrison, Motos America Inc. has successfully entered into agreements to manage — and ultimately purchase — Triumph Brooklyn in Williamsburg; Triumph of Seattle; and Scuderia West, Marin Speed Shop and Rockridge Two Wheels (all based in the San Francisco Bay area). "As we continue to expand our portfolio, our focus remains on offering the best possible experience for our Team members and ultimately our customers," Harrison adds. "These new additions reflect our dedication to excellence in the premium powersports industry. We're excited to bring our passion and expertise to these new communities."
With these acquisitions, Motos America is actively seeking talented individuals to join its team. The company is hiring for a variety of positions, including sales associates, service technicians and managerial roles.
