The session will cover industry and economic trends, and expose gaps in areas ranging from digital marketing and operations to customer satisfaction and F&I – leaving dealers with insights into their own top priorities for the next year. The workshop will be held on the Disruptive Thinking stage on February 8 at 10:00 a.m.
