Can’t Touch This… unless you happen to be racing for BRP that is. They have had a lock on the King Of The Hammers crown the past two years, including a clean sweep of the podium in 2021. The Can-Am Maverick crew is going all-in to extend their win streak to three straight at the world's toughest single-day race.

“It’s #KOH2022 time, Welcome to Hammertown!” says BRP PR. “Watch us defend our crown. Our racers Phil Blurton, Kyle Chaney, Hunter Miller and more have won two years in a row. Let’s make it three!”

Can-Am is also hosting their UTV Grudge Match with a winner-take-all $10,000 purse. The Can-AM UTV Grudge Match will take place on Thursday after the race. Details to know:

The top 20 finishers of the Can-Am UTV Race will be invited to the first ever UTV Grudge Match.

Top 20 finishers will leave their cars on the short course.

Everyone will have one hour after the 20th car finishes to repair their vehicles.

Repairs will/can only be performed by the driver and co-driver that finished the race.

4 Laps on the qualifying short course.

Invert the starting order (20th on Pole, winner starting last).

In other updates from Hammertown, the EV announcement was moved from Tuesday to Wednesday. Unfortunately the corresponding King Of The Motos race will not be happening this year. Tune into the live feed for more updates from Johnson Valley:
