Fort Worth, TX –Tucker Powersports announces leadershipchanges within twoof its most historical motocross brands, ProTaperand Answer Racing. Effective immediately, Randy Valadewill serve as Brand Manager for ProTaper, moving from his previous role at Answer Racing. Industry veteran Kobi Iseriwill transition to Answer Racingas its new Senior Global Marketing Manager and will lead the brand’s marketing and communication efforts.
Randy Valade brings fourteen years of motorcycle industry experience to ProTaper, having worked with industry-leading companies like MSR and Answer Racing. With twenty prior years spent racing motocross, and asa lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, Valade has developed a strong passion for all things two wheels. Randy will continue ProTaper’s commitment to unsurpassed quality and its resolve to push the envelope with new, innovative ideas.

Over the last 18 months, Kobi Iseri has led brand marketing efforts to re-launch Tucker’s street motorcycle apparel brand Speed and Strength.“The opportunity to lead oneofthe most historical motocross apparel brands is a great honor. I’m really proud of what our team has accomplished with Speed and Strength,and I’m excited to getback to the dirt side with Answer Racing which is where my heart is.I know we already have a great team of people in place and look forward to seeing the future of Answer Racing,” stated Iseri.
Answer Racing’s Kayla Meadhas also been elevated to the role of Athlete Manager that will support all amateur and professional motocross racing activities. Together along with Answer Racing’s Product Line Manager Brent Harden, the team will continue to focus on delivering new and exciting creative energy while also driving the global creative, marketing strategies,and product innovation across the brand.
