While the recent Ride With Us activation at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally put first-timers on pavement, activation at the Overland Expo Mountain West in Loveland, Colorado, resulted in more riders doing it in the dirt.
Continuing MIC's successful partnership with Overland Expo — billed as the world's premier overlanding event series — Overland Expo states that "no other event offers the scope of classes taught by the world's leading experts alongside a professional-level trade show that brings together all the camping and vehicle and motorcycle equipment and services you need to “Get Outfitted." Hundreds of Overland Expo guests, at events staged across the nation, have sampled the 30-minute Ride With Us Moto Intros, on small bikes, with the guidance of Motorcycle Safety Foundation coaches, on dedicated riding ranges.
"We're looking forward to our next Ride With Us activation coming up September 22-24 at the Clutch Control Motorcycle Show, being held in conjunction with the MotoAmerica race at the New Jersey Motorsports Park," said Kurt Whittington, MIC event operations manager. "This will be the first Ride With Us Moto Intro in New Jersey and we're excited to connect with potential new riders in that part of the country."
